This data repository contains the original figures, numerical (raw) data, and plot scripts to reproduce the figures from the publication "Intertwined fluctuations and isotope effects in the Hubbard-Holstein model on the square lattice from functional renormalization" in the Physical Review Research Journal. LaTeX source files of the preprint can be found on the corresponding arXiv page.

The jupyter notebooks contain python cells which will generate all plots used in the paper. The data, in HDF5 format, is provided in the .tar.gz archives, and must be extracted to directories of the same name.
