README – Dataset Description

Dataset title:
Geometric dependence of exchange bias in tilted three-dimensional CoFe/IrMn microwires

Overview:
This dataset contains experimental magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) measurements and derived parameters for CoFe/IrMn systems, including tilted three-dimensional microwires and planar reference films. The data support the results presented in the associated publication and enable reproducibility of the reported magnetic properties.

Data content:

1. Hysteresis loop data (.txt)
Columns:
- Magnetic field (mT)
- Normalized MOKE signal (a.u.)

2. Extracted magnetic parameters (.txt)
Columns:
- System (sample type: planar_film, 0deg_wire, etc.)
- H_c (mT): coercive field
- H_eb (mT): exchange bias field
- error (mT): uncertainty

3. Processed data (.csv)
Contains processed values such as interface coupling constant versus roughness.

File naming convention:
FigureX_[description]_[geometry]_[composition].extension

Experimental details:
- Technique: Magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE)
