Title:
Automated Region of interest (ROI) finder based on fluorescent signal of cellular spheroids for image analysis to study cell migration

Intended use:
The two Fiji macros, can be used to analyze the cell migration of fluorescent labeled cells over time in a spheroid doublet fusion experiment.

The dataset contains three files:
1.)	README.txt
2.)	batch_process_Analysis.ijm
3.)	batch_process_ROI_generator.ijm

To analyze samples follow the instructions below:
1.)	To define ROIs apply the "batch_process_ROI_generator.ijm".
2.)	Next, use the generated (and saved ROI-files created in step 1) to measure the mean fluorescent intensity of each ROI, by applying the second file "batch_process_Analysis.ijm".
