This dataset was produced at the Institute for Microelectronics, TU Wien, with funding from the Austrian Science Fund FWF. It contains the research data and meta data used to generate the figures in two journal articles and three conference papers.

Context and methodology



The dataset was created in the course of FWF project P33151.

The dataset contains supplementary data to the publications listed below.

Data are the result of numerical simulations based on the Wigner equation, the von Neumann equation, and the Schroedinger equation.


Technical details



A folder exists for each publication

Each folder contains human-readable data in CSV format and a README file containing information about the actual publication and how to interpret the data.</description>
