The data was created within projects related to ion-surface interaction studies

This data set contains structured data on which the publication is based upon.

This dataset was created by compiling AFM and SEM images as well as analysis data from these images

Technical details

The dataset contains images (PDF/A format)

One file contains structured data from the analysis of the SEM and AFM images. This files is named Structured_Data.dgraph and needs the software DataGraph to open.

The data in the DataGraph file is also exported as a CSV file for direct access. With this data the graphs from the paper can be reproduced.
